Log on to online banking
Choose 'Premier Card' within the 'My Accounts' section. Then choose 'Points Balance' from the right hand menu.
Select 'Continue' under 'Airlines miles', on the list of 'Points Redemptions Options' or 'Join airline programme' if you are not currently part of an airline programme.
Select the airline you wish to redeem your Points with.
Insert your details, including your airline programme number and submit your request. Please allow up to 14 days for your request to be processed.

Log into online banking
Click on 'Premier Card' within the 'My accounts' section
Click on 'Points balance' on top right hand of card transactions

Shop with greater peace of mind, thanks to 2-year extended warranty insurance provided by Domestic & General Insurance PLC (D&G).

This insurance can be applied to a range of household items, and will provide you with two years of breakdown cover, which commences when the manufacturer’s warranty expires. It will also provide you with accidental damage cover, starting at the point you register the item with D&G and continues until the end of the policy.

This is at no extra cost and registrations are unlimited. For a full list of items covered, including any limitations or exclusions, please refer to domesticandgeneral.com or contact D&G on 0800 169 1074 or (DDI) 020 3481 6155*.

To qualify for cover your items must cost between £50 and £2000 and be purchased in full with your HSBC Premier Credit Card. You must register your item to your home address within 90 days of purchase for the insurance to commence.

Extended warranty policies are distributed, administered and underwritten by D&G. Each item of equipment will be protected under its own separate policy.
