Based on a 2 Year Fixed Fee Saver residential mortgage with a 5.74% rate and no booking fee, as of 1 March 2023, if you took out a £400,000 mortgage over a 30 year term with a 15% deposit, your monthly payments would be £2,333.22 during the 2-year offer period. This is compared to a Standard Variable Rate of 6.99% and monthly payments of £2,645.62.2
