To update your contact or address details:

Log on to online banking.
Select 'Account services' from the menu bar, then 'Personal and address details'.
This will take you to 'Your profile' where you can choose which details to update by selecting 'Edit' in the relevant section.
Enter your new details and select 'Continue'.
Use your Secure Key to generate a re-authentication code, enter it and select 'Confirm'.
